Ceramic lined composite wear-resistant pipe - a new type of composite material with international advanced level


Development of ceramic lined composite wear-resistant pipe is a national "863" project, which is developed by University of Science and Technology Beijing and is a new type of composite material with international advanced level. Ceramic lined composite wear-resistant pipe from the inside to the outside, by the ceramic layer, the transition layer and the steel tube. The ceramic layer is made of 2600 degrees above the molten aluminum oxide, under the action of centrifugal force, uniform composite in the steel tube after the solidification of the formation of the layer, the layer is dense, smooth, and the steel tube is firm, appropriate, uniform combination.
Ceramic lined wear-resistant pipe with excellent wear resistance, heat resistance, mechanical and thermal shock resistance, easy welding and installation, especially adapted to the wear and erosion of serious material conveying occasions, such as coal, metallurgy, coal, mining, geological and other industries of the material and general road transport.
