我单位铸造车间用的型砂气力输送系统输砂管道末端非常容易磨损，想改成耐磨陶瓷管道。

将其中“通管”（外径222mm，内径205mm，长325mm）做成耐磨陶瓷管，要求内径205mm不变，不能影响法兰安装和焊接要求，陶瓷片不能脱落，否则陶瓷片随砂子落入砂库，再进入混砂机可能造成设备事故。
输送介质：铸造型砂，其中含有少量水玻璃、碱性酚醛树酯等粘接剂残留物。
温度：-20-200度。
