陶瓷管道弯管处涂抹陶瓷颗粒胶

在管路系统中,弯头是改变管路方向的管件。按角度分,有45°及90°180°三种最常用的,另外根据工程需要还包括60°等其他非正常角度弯头。弯头的材料有铸铁、不锈钢、合金钢、可锻铸铁、碳钢、有色金属及塑料等。与管子连接的方式有:直接焊接(最常用的方式)法兰连接、热熔连接、电熔连接、螺纹连接及承插式连接等。由于弯头具有良好的综合性能,所以它广泛用于化工、建筑、给水、排水、石油、轻重工业、冷冻、卫生、水暖、消防、电力、航天、造船等基础工程。
通常物料通过管道弯头时,由于离心力和惯性撞向管道外侧的内壁。一部分颗粒沿着管壁外侧的内壁滑动;另一部分颗粒又从外侧内壁反射到管道内侧的内壁,如此反复运动;物料经过数次碰撞,在圆断面弯头的外壁中部,会产生像用凿凿出的凹坑,弯头表面是由于粒子的摩擦引起的表面磨薄,同时是由于粒子的撞击使表面的组织产生局部的破碎和脱离。对于担负着电力、冶金、煤炭、石油、化工、建材、机械等行业输送介质的管道弯头,长期受介质冲刷磨损、腐蚀、高温氧化等过度消耗而极易失效。由此产生介质跑、冒、滴、漏的现象,这不单引起能源和金属材料消耗增加而造成的经济损失,而且对环境的污染也是非常大的。由此,对管道弯头材料磨损和耐磨材料的研究,越来越引起国内外人们的广泛重视。
